岗位职责：

Job desription:
1.Responsible for day-to-day operation of Program Management team. 
2.Monitors projects evolution, resolves barriers and drives to project completion.
3.Plans, manages and assigns Program Manager Resources to projects according to project characteristics of complexity, scope and experience required
4.Defines and develops program/project best practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with strategy and goals
5.Develops and implements strategic initiatives across the Program Management team to improve the overall effectiveness of the program managers
6.Effectively implement problem solving skills and techniques to identify potential issues, assess their impact and develop and implement mitigation and resolution plans and activities.
7.Develops Program Managers by supervising their career path and development. Includes training and coaching.
8.Develop effective energy project prospecting tools to support sales and revenue growth objectives
9.Manage the Project Costing and the quotation sent to the customer with acceptable margin.
10.Influence the peers to get the work done on time and deliver the “wanted” product with cost effective.
Requirement:

-Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent is essential.
-Minimum 10 years of program management experience in product development in battery industry preferable.
-Fluent in both English and Mandarin is essential.
-Professional certification in Project Management and Program Management is preferable
-Proven experience working in or with program management tools and processes in a complex, technical organization.
-Ability to build high performance teams and talent development.
-Strong technical skills in engineering management, quality assurance and costing.
-Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
-Good communication skill with all levels of people including staffs, customers and suppliers.
