职位信息

岗位职责：: Job desription：

1、Set up and implement procurement strategy and planning according to company develop requirement and department KPIs, to achieve own and department target.

2、Execute periodic market research of commodities and get deep market information (pricing, suppliers, supply vs demand status, etc.), perform supply analysis on strategic level, purchasing cost analysis and control, and risk management.

3、Develop appropriate and competitive new supplier and arrange factory visit and factory audit, negotiate T’s & C’s, set up vendor data in the system.

4、New material’s primary price review (inquiry, price comparison, price negotiation, etc.).

5、RFQ support and update for new projects.

6、Get cost reduction regularly.

7、Arrange and lead QBR with key suppliers, improve supplier performance by scorecard and other means, manage supplier relationship and optimize supply base.

8、Support R&D’s for new product’s development, source new materials and arrange samples accordingly (follow up engineering sample)

9、Support PM and R&D to fulfill the demand before product launch.

10、Get AVL suppliers to sign Purchasing Contract and related agreements.

11、Get relevant documents from suppliers (FAI certifications, RoHS, specification, material certifications, MSDS, etc.) during sample stage.

12、Other assignments from managers.

Job requirement：

1、Bachelor or above diploma, 5 years or above working experience, 3 years working experience in sourcing field;

2、Be familiar with cell industry, have the knowledge of cell technology and manufacture process;

3、Strong logic thinking, communication, coordination, negotiation and problem-solving ability;

4、Strong capability on supplier management;

5、Result orientation working manner;

6、Good English communication （spoken, written）;

7、Good command of computer skill (MS Office, SAP), skilled in data consolidation and analysis report;

8、Have experience on project management;

9、Good professional integrity.
