Job description:
1、Product customer/ field performance tracking and analysis.
2、Customer complaint tracking / FA / CAs.
3、RMA support and analysis.
4、Coordinate on customer onsite process and product quality audit and QBR meeting.
5、Alignment between PQC, OQC and customer IQC.
6、Support on OQC FA.
7、Represent customer to have internal process audit and warehouse audit.
8、ECN/PCN sign off from quality side.
9、New line qualification sign off.
10、Line stop / resume coordination from quality side.
Requirement:
1、College’s degree or above in relevant electronic major.
2、Experience in cell manufacturing process is preferred.
3、Experience in PQE or CQE in electronic industry is preferred.
4、Good communication skills with customer.
5、Result oriented with team work spirit.
6、Good command of English both in reading and writing.
