ROLE DESCRIPTION:
1. Plan and schedule work to assure safety, environmental, health, and other regulatory compliance
2. Develop and continuously improve technical, organizational and project management skills
3. Coordinate Preventive maintenance objectives and skill sets
4. Planned and execution of maintenance reliability strategies for each piece of equipment (run to failure, PM and PdM)
5. Create continual improvement maintenance strategies for each piece of equipment
6. Develop objective based value added tasks
7. Drive PM optimization process and modify PMs in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
8. Team work with Maintenance engineer to optimize duration of estimates for tasks and manpower on jobs plans
9. Schedule follow-up actions identified in the performance of planned work
10. Schedule running pm/inspections/condition based monitoring to help establish work to be performed during next intervention
11. Schedule/plan all applicable compliance activities and report status to appropriate associates
12. Communicate schedule per determined departmental protocol intervals
13. Review returned work orders for completeness and plan additional work if necessary
14. Maintain planned maintenance backlog on each piece of equipment, determine tasks which can performed as planned maintenance and schedule equipment downtime accordingly

16. Continuously incorporate approved changes to: process, equipment, maintenance reliability strategy and procedural changes into the planned maintenance activities.).
17. Participate on continuous improvement projects
18. Contribute to improvement in overall equipment effectiveness
19. Monitor the stock of supplies/materials and ensure appropriate inventory levels are supported. Prepare requisitions and cost estimates as needed for planned work.
20. Maintaining RtPM (Real-time Production Measure) system running properly and provide reliable data for analyze/ improve production process and maintenance.
21. SAP Maintenance Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College graduate majored in Mechanical & Electrical background or above
2. At least 5 years electrical & facility equipment maintenance or management experience in manufacturing plant.
3. Basically network & database management experience.
4. Familiar CMMS software(like SAP or MP2).
5. Basically documents/files management experience.
6. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

6. Certain level of English communication skills is desired
