Job Responsibilities
1. Organize logistics and non-production material purchasing and participate in negotiations of major contracts.
2. Participate in the development and maintenance of purchasing strategy
3.Organize and coordinate supplier designated work
4. Organize leadership cost saving activity, implement after decomposition and refinement
5. Coordinate and deal with emergencies such as suppliers supply not in time
6. Be responsible for purchasing project coordination
7.Participate in coordinating the relationship with customs and other government agencies
8. Organize and promote the continuous improvement of the department work
9.Be responsible for training staff, develop employees' advantages, ensure the effective implementation of the training program
Qualifications
1.Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
2.Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent in negotiation and presentation
4.Strong analytical and synthetic skills
5.Good logical thinking ability
6.Good prediction ability
7.Knowledge of supply chain cost management
8.Understand relevant purchasing material in the market
9.10 years experience in project purchasing or similar business 2 years experience in purchasing manager
10.Bachelor's degree or above
