岗位职责：: 岗位职责：
1、负责研发数据分析
R&D data analysis
2、执行电池工艺改进项目方案：优化电池的电性能、提升电池的可靠性，跟踪并分析项目目标
Perform the technology improvement project: optimize the electrical performance, improve the reliability and check the target
3、提出技术工作发展和改进等方面的建议和措施
Put forward suggestions for R&D, and present measures on the ground of these suggestions for R&D department
4、负责技术文件的编制、维护
Prepare and maintain the technical documents
5、为公司采购、销售、设备部门的工作提供必要的技术支持
Provide the technology support to purchasing, marketing and equipment management
6、上级交代的其它事务
Complete the temporary tasks assigned by supervisor

任职资格：
1 .Master degree，at least 5 year working experience，4+years solar cell process or R&D experience,3+years metallization experience; for doctor degree, at least 3years working experience, 2+years metallization experience
2. Familiarity with solar cell process
3. good understanding of solar cell metallization/PECVD/Diffusion process.
4. be good at problem finding,，analysis and trouble shooting.
