Position Summary
We are looking for a high calibre individual to lead the team to provide high quality HR and admin service including employee relations, training and development, HR related report and Admin related duties with cost efficiency for Battery Plant.
You will manage training function of two plants to deliver effective training program, performance system & toolkits and activities to support change management and plant productivity.
You will also assist China HR Manager to update HR policies, procedures and ensure in line with operation needs and full compliance with corporate and local policies.
This position will be based in our Tximist Plant located at Block C, Fu Er Da Industrial Park Chong Qin Road, FuYong Town, BaoAn District, Shenzhen and reporting to Human Resources Manager.
Accountabilities
Support China HR Manager to develop and update HR policies and programs to effectively attract, develop, retain and reward talents.
Provide quality and efficient HR services in a cost effective manner that meet customer expectation and HR standard.
Maintain communication with line departments so as to understand and to react proactively to their needs.
Responsible for the roll out of global HR initiatives with the aim to raise colleagues’ awareness
Responsible to plan and execute organization change management projects by utilizing change management toolkits and make sure the changes related to people are effectively implemented and achieve the project(s) objectives
Formulate strategy to identify training & development needs and prioritize the needs and properly managing constraints, support business development objectives.
Work closely with dept. manager for training needs analysis at all levels and provide professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of training effectiveness, making training a tool for colleague development, which will ultimately support organizational development.
Develop and maintain effective orientation scheme as part of comprehensive induction to ensure the retention has right start from the high quality induction and orientation.
Required Skills and Experience
Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources as a generalist for a notable MNC
A strong background in training development gained with a MNC is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationship with various internal stakeholders
Fluency in Mandarin & English is a must
FMCG background is preferred however not essential
Independent, flexible with a can –do attitude
