RESPONSIBILITIES:
1, Develop and manage distributer network in assigned region
在指定区域分布式网络发展和管理经销商。
2, Market development with distributers in assigned region, implementing company dealer market sales/marketing strategy, and accomplish sales objectives including order intake; sales revenue; gross margin control and collection.
在指定区域内的经销商开发市场,实施公司的经销商市场销售/营销策略,完成销售目标包括订单;销售收入;毛利率控制和数据采集。
3, Manage projects with distributer in assigned region for pushing projects winning, including project follow, contract negotiation, quotations etc. implementing and maintain company defined price strategy for dealer market.
为推动项目获得在指定区域内分销商管理项目,包括项目的跟踪、合同谈判、报价等,实施和维护公司定义为经销商市场价格策略。
4, Feedback customer/market information for product improvement and new product development
反馈客户/市场信息,进行产品改进和新产品开发。
5, Manage end customer relationship with distributers
管理经销商客户关系
6, Implement company product strategy in dealer market, promote new products to distributers and also end customers.
实施经销商市场公司的产品策略,推出新产品,经销商和终端客户。
7, Collect competition information, major case study etc.
收集竞争情报、重大案例研究等。
任职要求:
1, 3 years + sales experience in industrial equipment with experience in distributers management, experience in UPS, Urban transportation, Datacenters, Oil&Gas , Power transmission preferred.
3年以上工业设备销售经验,有分销商管理经验,有UPS经验,城市交通,数据中心,油气,电力传输优先。
2, Knowledge in power backup systems, such as UPS, EPS etc. ; experience in lead acid battery related preferred
熟悉UPS,EPS等电力备份系统;有关铅酸蓄电池相关经验者优先
3, Good interpersonal communication skills, energetic and self-motivated
良好的人际沟通能力,精力充沛,上进心强
3, Bachelor degree required
学士学位要求
4, Able to use Microsoft Office software
熟练使用Microsoft Office软件
5, Frequent travel required
