岗位职责：: JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Purpose:
To provide day to day applications engineering support to the MP sales team within Asia.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
Provide general engineering & technical support both to Sales and directly to customers when required, including battery sizing calculations, application assessments, warranty investigations and other assigned supporting tasks.
向销售部门提供一般工程和技术支持，并在需要时直接向客户提供，包括电池尺寸计算，应用评估，保修调查和其他分配的支持任务。

Customer visits to give technical presentations to promote the MP brands and products in support of sales initiatives.

Support the Product Management team on design, distribution and product specification / changes.

Support the Sales Administration team in ensuring customer orders are accurately specified from an engineering perspective.

Work with the Product Manager to prepare and present training information and material for internal colleagues and external customers, distributors and partners to support sales activities.

Education and / or Experience: Degree or equivalent in Engineering. Experience in the industrial battery business ideally with a strong technical bias. Experience in managing multiple projects and timelines concurrently.

Language skills: English, Mandarin

Computer skills: Strong skills in a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Windows, Office applications and experience in CAD would be advantageous.

Other Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to define scope of work and satisfy both internal and external customers. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a team environment that includes members of various disciplines throughout the organisation.

Travel required: Some overseas travel required to support projects and customer presentations.
