职位信息

岗位职责：

1) Responsible for battery management system and charging system software strategy development and implementation, improve battery management system strategies and algorithms;
  负责电池管理系统和充电系统软件策略开发与实现，完善电池管理系统策略与算法；
2) Responsible for BMS design and development, and vehicle communication (protocol), fault definition, etc.;
  负责BMS设计开发及与整车通讯（协议）、故障定义等；
3) Responsible for BMS diagnostic strategy development;
  负责BMS诊断策略开发；
4) Analyze the battery management system control requirements based on vehicle demand and battery characteristics;
  根据整车需求及电池特性，分析电池管理系统控制需求；
5) Responsible for completing the preparation of battery management system model documents;
  负责完成电池管理系统模型文档的编写；

任职要求：

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, electronic appliances, automation, computer, etc.;
  本科以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计与制造、电子电器、自动化、计算机等相关专业；
2) Preferred to have layered software development planning and management experience;
   具有分层软件开发规划和管理经验者优先；
3) Understand the automotive software development life cycle based on Matlab Simulink modeling;
  了解基于Matlab Simulink建模的汽车软件开发寿命周期；
4) Understand the battery equivalent circuit model, Simulink/Stateflow and RTW/TargetLink, Polyspace C and C++ code verification;
  了解电池等效电路模型、Simulink/Stateflow和RTW/TargetLink、Polyspace C和C++代码验证。
