职位信息
- 岗位职责：
- 1. Develop, complete and document assigned projects through use and application of basic principles, engineering tools and theories.
2. Initiate or revise specifications, deviations, drawings and proposals as needed.
3. Provide technical assistance to marketing, customers, plant, and laboratory personnel.
4. Develop and execute test plans to fulfill requests from sales, marketing or customers for product information.
5. Perform engineering product validation runs in plants. Collect, document and report build data.
6. Correct identified problems.
7. Perform and monitor bench scale uations of new products and components. Document and report experimental data.
8. Generate ideas leading to cost reduction and product or process improvement.
9. Maintain expertise in the field.
10. Other task assigned by line manager.
- 任职要求：
- B.S. in Engineering or Technical Field with 0 to 2 years experience or three years technical experience in engineering, testing or R&D environment.
· Basic project management skills
· Good computer knowledge in Windows environment.
· Good verbal and written communication skills, good record keeping and documentation skills.
