岗位职责：

Boston-Power, Inc., is currently seeking an energetic Senior Quality Auditor in Boston Power’s Chongqing plant’s Quality Department. Reporting to Factory Quality Manager located at Boston Power’s new Chongqing plant, this is a hands-on role in a fast-paced and dynamic pre-IPO company. 

Position Summary:      This position is responsible for  conduction audit to achieve quality management leading towards a low cost, world class manufacturing facility, meeting all customers’ expectations as they relate to quality, cost, delivery, and safety and is responsible for driving  Boston-Power’s quality systems  and for ensuring that quality is achieved across all areas of the organization.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:        
1. Support the implementation of the quality management systems and continuously strive for quality improvement.
2. Responsible for quality management system compliance and continuous improvement audit
3. Follow corrective & preventive action implementation
4. Provide system audit training as needed
5. Represent the audit result to management team
6. Plan and execute all functional requirement of audit
7. Create audit questionnaires, conducting audits, creating reports, publishing and presenting reports etc.

Requirements / Qualifications 
1. Degree holder of engineering, experience in Quality system minimal 3 years; 
2. Certified auditor of TS 16949 or ISO 9001, or  ASQ CQA equivalent; 
3. Skillful in use quality tools, (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC preferred);
4. Skillful in use of statistics technology and office software;
5. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading & writing English; 
6. Good personality and good communication skills.
