Responsibilities: Main Tasks 1.Control accuracy of information integrated into accounting application A/R (billing systems). 2.Control and follow up of outstanding debtors per aging balances analysis 3.Provide information on customers accounts on demand from finance operation. 4.Control completeness customer's request forms and create customers in the Financial master file 5.Provide support to other finance team to reach monthly closing deadline. 6.Book I/C payments received prepare and send monthly I/C confirmations (debtors) 7.Prepare dunning letters 8.Work with own team and/or with other process teams to identify, and implement improvement opportunities. 9.Deliver high levels of customer service within the AR process area, in accordance with process performance. 10.Helpful, friendly and informative communications. 11.Proactive in meeting customer needs and requirements.
Requirement • Good knowledge of AR accounting principles, activities and processes • Knowledge of manufacturing desirable • Experience working in a multicultural environment desirable • Experience of working in a process and continuous improvement focused environment desirable
